GLITCHES EVERYWHERE!!!

Since the UPDATE I have encountered numerous problems with my Fitbit Ionic...

 

• It doesn’t sync properly. 

 

• The clock is SLOWER........it drops about two minutes for every hour. 

 

• I’m now not able to get notifications through on it. 

 

• My alarm doesn’t work properly either. 

 

• I’ve tried everything to rectify it, shutdown, factory reset and after successfully doing that, it now won’t update!!!

 

I’ve read that there are a lot of Ionic wearers having the same or similar issues so surely Fitbit should acknowledge that there is something wrong!!!

 

Anyone got any other suggestions....(polite ones though.....😂😂).

Have had exactly the same here and have had no reply from Fitbit yet! Really not happy 🤬

I've recently started experiencing issues with my Iconic after 2 years. I keep getting a clock error, it won't sync properly, and it was reporting crazy, unrealistic stats on a few days. I haven't tried a factory reset but reading here, I'm afraid to.

Same issues since the update this past weekend but mine is now loosing approx. 5 hours in every 24 hour period.  If I plug mine in with it randomly sync but I have now noticed that every time I do this it slows the clock down by double.  Originally on Sunday I was loosing less than 1 hour in every 24.  Thanks to their 'help' through messenger I now no longer have wifi or blue tooth working on my Ionic.

I went for a run today and my Ionic was "searching" the entire run! It's a trail I run several times a week so I KNOW it should be able to connect. As well, my resting heart rate data was stuck on the same number for almost a week. I emailed Fitbit a few days ago. No response. 😞

Thanks everyone with the replies.....because mine was still less than twelve months old, I managed to get a straight swap from the retailer and will try again with a brand new one....I’ll keep you posted once it’s done the update.
