Is GPS functionality is available in fitbit ionic watches in india?

All Ionic trackers have a GPS chip in them. They should work as well as any other GPS devices in your area.

Yes, just as @SunsetRunner informed, all Ionic units have built in GPS. If it is not working for you I'd recommend checking this helpful article about GPS functionality.
