GPS accuracy issue

I am having an issue with the accuracy of my miles obtained while walking/running. Always seems to be .25 miles off. I have walked the same walk with an Apple Watch and my Ionic always comes up short.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Is this affecting Walk and Run activities only or other exercises as well? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your Ionic and check the information that's specified on our help article: Why isn't GPS working on my Fitbit device?

I installed simple GPS seems to help
