I just bought an Ionic, it’s all connected....GPS is active on the watch but the map doesn’t show up in the App on my iPad. It did once, but only that one time. Any ideas? It’s the reason why I bought the watch but I’m starting to feel like it was a mistake and the watch doesn’t do what the product description says...

I am having the same problem now had Fitbit for couple of years and it’s stopped working early January and my uploads to strava have stopped. I have revoked access and reconnected it. But still nothing?
