GPS maps disappear on my ionic

My ionic just wont show gps maps despite location always turn on. Ive tried log out and login, update my software. Is there anything else that i can do?

@Qawiy, I assume you are referring to the Fitbit app that is not showing the maps, not the Ionic itself, correct?  Which app are you using, and what is the version number of it?

Yes correct on my apps n dashboard. It just wont show. Previous run maps are available in the apps. Im using FitBit 3.4
