Hey,
Anyone had this issue?
I recently used my Ionic while swimming and now it keeps switching itself off. Also the screen display is not as bright as it should be.
The Ionic has a swimming app so I assumed it is suitable for swimming in?
Very frustrated as my Ionic is very important in my daily life. Any help would be appreciated?
Thanks,
Iain.

Seems odd that you're experiencing such situation and even more when our Ionic device is swim-proof up to 50 meters. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to try our restart process following the next steps:
Keep me posted.

Thanks for the advice @RicardoFitbit
I had already tried option 1 and 2. I wasn't aware of option 3, so will try that overnight.
Thanks again and I will let you know if it cures the issue.
Iain.

Can you please let me know if the restart process resolved your concern? If not, you can try our factory reset procedure following the next steps:
Take in consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account and your applications, alarms, etc.
