GPS not connecting

I press the run app on exercise and in the top left it says connecting but it never connect and then it won't connect to strava

Hi Shawn,

I’m curious as to whether or not your Ionic was still under warranty when they replaced it for you?  Was the one that they replaced over a year old?

It was, but it was bought on Amazon and they did the replacement.

Hi I have tried all of your suggestions and still it wont connect. There is no bad weather or tree. This happens every day no matter where I am. This is the main feature that i wanted to use when I purchased the fitbit. I would like a refund since the features you advertise don't work.

Got nowhere with Fitbit! £300 wasted. Never again!! Awful customer service and an Ionic thats never worked properly ( GPS ). Terrible experience. I went and bought a Garmin - So much better, hassle free and works perfect everytime. Lesson learnt! I'll be advising everyone to swerve Fitbit.Sent from Samsung Mobile on O2

I forgot what I had written. When I have don't have the connection with the GPS, I simply restart the Ionic.
