Today was the third time the GPS tracking ended in the middle of a ride. I was going 18mph on my mountain bike and did not touch the watch. The watch had plenty of battery life. I think that a bump activated the screen and then my gloves rubbed the buttons to stop the ride. Does Fitbit do any kind of cold weather testing? It was 45 degrees today and I had long sleeves and heavy gloves on. The Fitbit techs told me to make sure the "always on screen" setting is off, which it is. They need to release an update to keep GPS from inadvertently shutting off.
