I just got a Galaxy S10 and for the first few days my Ionic connected and had no syncing issues, but this morning it stopped working with my phone. It cannot even be found via bluetooth anymore. Is this an issue with Fitbit software or Samsung's bluetooth software? I have tried all the fixes other than factory resets, which I do not want to do. Is it just that the S10 is not yet a supported device?

Welcome to the forums!
If it is not on the list then some things will not work correctly. It takes time to test all the new phones out there. But If on on the list I'm sure it will be at some point
