My iconic has been saying calibrate for almost five months. It pops up every day around 7pm. I do everything as instructed and it still will not calibrate. I even turned it off, disconnected it from my Bluetooth, did the update. And this thing isn’t doing what it’s supposed to do. So can someone help. Because I have searched the web for answers but can’t find any.

I appreciate the troubleshooting that you performed. This issue was resolved last year and the solution was to update the Ionic to the latest version. You can learn more about it by checking the main thread.
Based in what you mentioned, it seems that your watch is already updated. So, when you get this message please calibrate it by plugging in your Ionic and setting it on a flat surface. Once you have completed these steps a restart, or shutting down your Ionic (and turning it back on) after you complete the calibration (green check mark) should prevent you from seeing the prompt moving forward.
