Glitching screen

I’ve only had my Fitbit since May and for the second time in the past couple of months, my screen started glitching and jumping around. Support told me to do a factory reset the first time and that worked. Well, tonight it did it again. I am going on the third factory reset tonight and it is still messed up. I don’t know what to do. Help!
