Ever since the recent update, my Ionic doesn't vibrate strongly enough for me to feel. I know how to set it to always vibrate, I've checked it in alarm mode and it's the same (non) intensity, I've reset the watch itself and un/reinstalled everything to try and get functionality back. One of my main reasons for choosing this model is it's ability to give notifications from my phone. Can anyone help, please?

It's pretty weird that your Ionic isn't vibrating as it used to before the update. In this case, I've shared your post with our Support team and they've mentioned that you already have a case with them, please continue the communication through email and they will continue assisting you.
