Yes, I know it's not supported but ultra wierd that the device worked with this phone since I purched the watch in January. It synced without issuei notifications, etc for 6 months. Issue started 6 days ago, when I decided to not wear the watch for a few days. It was two days before travelling, I noticed at the airport that the time was wrong. Then I noticed the watch hadn't synced since days prior. Tried syncing continue d to fail, looked at forums. Tried the Bluetooth version swap with developer options to no avail. Tried restarting, nothing. Tried a factory reset...my watch was stuck with a solid Fitbit sign for 24 hours! (Note holding three buttons and waiting for vibration didn't work for me). It recovered into the setup screen while I was on a chat with support (coincidence?). After multiple chats and some progress made, my device still would not sync and/or finish an update properly. I'm still on vacation and will start the warranty process once im home, but if anyone has any additional tips that would be great. As of know, I did the factory reset again last night, woke up to the set up screen, can't setup the device on my phone. Won't connect via Bluetooth.

Do you have another tracker on your account? If so, try removing it first.

I had a Charge HR 2 that I removed a while ago. Only thing remaining is the Mobile Track. I'll try removing that.

I haven't been able to attempt re adding the Ionic as it is still in reset mode (static Fitbit symbol), although I'm home from vacation and was able to add my Charge 2 HR back to my app in seconds (literally).

I have had this happen a lot with my Fitbit Blaze. Almost every time I charge it. Turn your Bluetooth off and then back on. From there, connect to Blaze Classic. Not sure what it will be on your phone. Definitely turn Bluetooth off and on and check for a Classic setting. Hope that helps.
