@PATZED, Fitbit support does not follow nor respond to posts on these forums, you must contact them.  Click on your profile icon on the top right corner of this page, then scroll down to "Contact Support" for your options on contacting them.

 

But, regarding the subject of this post, the Android app does not have any control of the GPS within the Ionic. Is the Ionic GPS not tracking exercise activities such a Walk, Run, or Bike?

Post on social media. They usually respond quickly or you can be old fashioned and telephone a representative.
