Gray/black screen in my fitbit ionic

So, i bought my fitbit ionic this tuesday, so i have less than with it.. the thing is that in the morning when i wanted to see the hour it had a gray/black screen.. it was still on, because it vibrate with notifications and the green lights were turned on.. i tried to restarted it and everything i saw in internet but it didnt work. Can someone help?

I'm having the same issue.  Bought it last Saturday. SO, yeah, less than a week.  Were you able to get yours to work properly?

They told me to send via mail the clock to some place where they can check it out and send me a new one
