I called customer service today to check the status on my device not powering on. The representative help me try some troubleshooting steps but did not work. However I was very satisfied with the alternative option given to me. Fitbit customer service is excellent and I will continue to sing their praises to friends and family. Thank you Fitbit for your services and support.
