Green Sensor Not Working Condensation

Spoiler

Got my Fitbit Ionic about two weeks ago, seemed to be working fine until all the stats (cals, step, HR) were not working and the battery died after a full night of charging. After charging it another night, it seemed to be working okay again. Until I noticed the green light sensor wasn't coming on, but it was still giving me a HR reading. Looked at the sensors and there seems to be a bit of condensation. Not sure how this is affecting the reading. Is there someway I can clean it?

@SabrinaDL If you are certain there is moisture inside the device, I’d suggest calling Customer Services. The Ionic is supposed to be water resistant and you shouldn’t have condensation inside it.
