Hi - No longer able to get my step count on my Dashboard.  Where you select trackable items the steps is greyed out and I cannot select it. Seems to show other trackable items eg floors, cals, km's. Any solutions of how to get my step count back Thanks Chipping.

Hi @Chipping thanks for bringing this to me. I'm glad to give you a hand with your concern and a warm welcome to our Community Forums.

Seems odd that you're unable to select the steps on your dashboard, this is certainly not a common situation. That said, for a better understanding of your situation, can you please provide me with a picture? Also, can you please let me know which device you're currently using? If you're using a mobile device, please make sure that the Fitbit app and mobile device software are up to date. I'll be looking forward to your reply.

Keep me posted.

Hi Ricardo

Thanks for your email regarding the issue with my Ionic Fitbit. Firstly I am not the most tech savvy person!!!

I am having all sorts of trouble trying to attach photos and a screen print. Any chance I could email you?

Your assistance is much appreciated. Thankyou in anticipation.
