Hello, 

 

Just a quick question. My fitbit ionic watch doesn’t go on anymore, I bought the watch from Amazon last year, in the same time the extended guarranty for 3 years. Now I’m in vacation, I’m from Romania. How can I fix my watch here? Is the guarranty for the watch worldwide?

That warranty is not by Fitbit, it is by Amazon or a 3rd party they use for it. You will have to contact Amazon.
