I've searched all of the forums, and can't seem to find a consistent answer.
My wife's ionic will not take a charge. It's only about three months old, and this is very frustrating. We've tried plugging into computer USB, hard resetting, and thorough cleaning of the ports.
Does anyone have the solution to this?

If none of that is working it may be something with the charging cable. Have you checked to make sure that there aren't any small nicks in the wiring?
The only reason I ask is because I've had similar problems with other devices (not Fitbit) and it turns out that the wire was broken.

The cable is fully intact.

Try putting it on charge and press all three buttons. Hope this helps.
