My wife's ionic screen does not turn on when she raises her hand to look to the watch's screen. Reset the watch but it did not work... any ideas?

dont know, however i have mine set to "screen wake auto" and it works good

@JCSurf, have you checked the Ionic's Screen Wake setting to make sure it is not set on Manual?  From the Clock screen, scroll to the screen to the left, and make sure Screen Wake is st to Auto.
