Hello,

My Fitbit Ionic doesn't turn on.

Over night it drained my battery almost 50%. The next day I reset it and now it won't turn on.

 

I've tried soft reset (2 buttons) - hard reset (all 3 buttons) and it works only half way, meaning it turns of the watch and then the fitbit logo appears and it stays like this.

 

For two days now I have the fitbit logo on the screen and nothing else works.

 

Any ideas?
