I used the fitbit for almost 3 years without any problem, then for a 2-3 months period I didn’t use it and although it took quite long to get it back to live, it has been working fine for a few days bur yesterday it switched off, nothing in the screen and it’s fully charged
i tried with the suggestions from different people in the forums, pressing different buttons together but nothing works
i do not know how to reset it despite reading the forums.
can anyone help?

You Restart by following THESE directions. You do a Factory Reset by swiping left to Settings, then About, and then Factory Reset.
