Watch does show time automatically

Does anyone know why my watch doesn't automatically show time, heart rate and steps when I turn my wrist towards me?

Have you scrolled to the left hand screen and checked Screen Wake is on auto? Mine occasionally changes itself (or I accidently do it) back to manual and stops working. If that setting is correct Id suggest you try a restart - hold the left and bottom right buttons in for 10 to15 seconds untilnthe logo comes up on the screen. Let us know how you go.

I turn mine to manually show time when i go to sleep. However at times, it still lights up. I have no idea why but it doesn't bother me much.

On versa, press left button for 5 seconds and the option to set auto is there
