Ever since July my Ionic has not been working. The HR monitor refuses to read my heart rate and doesn't even turn on when pressed against my skin. It'll turn on but that's only after I have to set the HR setting to on and off repeatedly and even if it does come on it won't turn off or read my heart rate. In addition, the watch refuses to calibrate. This has been an ongoing problem and it's getting to the point where I'm just going to get rid of it. I've tried every solution on the forum with no result. I really don't want to buy a new one so is there any way to get a replacement?
I am also having a similar problem. My fit bit is only 11 months old and it worked well until a month ago. Now it will not monitor my HR. I have reset it checked HR is turned on etc but no use
I would also like a replacement if it cannot be fixed
Fit bit are currently in contact with me by email about the problem. Nothing suggested fixes it. I have recently sent them my invoice purchase details so am expecting a replacement if it cannot be fixed as mine is less than 12 months old. How ardd Ed you going with yours ???
