I did an update to my Ionic a couple weeks back and ever since then the heart rate monitor started acting up and I no longer get the enhanced sleep details because it can't get a constant heart rate. And it's randomly restarting sometimes.
The on-line support told me to restart it (which I already tried many times), and then said oh well. That was the extent of the troubleshooting.
Not sure how Fitbit can get away with pushing down an update that clearly caused an issue since it worked fine before that, then tell me my only option now is to buy a new one.

I was only given one troubleshooting option... to reboot the Ionic. If that is the extent of your support, its a little disappointing.

It would be nice if further support is provided. Is restarting the device the only technical support option available?
Just need to confirm if my Ionic is going in the garbage and if I should purchase a better competitive product.
