I have had my ionic for almost 1 year to the day and now it decides it won't charge after dropping its charge in virtually no time. It responded to being on a charger but didn't charge and now it won't respond.

@SilviaFitbit I have tried everything mentioned to try and remedy this issue with absolutely no luck. My ionic had been working great up until the other day when I put it on the charger (which it acknowledged it was connected to) and I went back to check on it and the % was lower. I disconnected it and reconnected it and it acknowledged the connection. I removed the ionic from the charger to them see the battery go from 8% to zero. I would place it on the charger and it would show that it was at 0%. I left it to charge, when I checked on it again I got absolutely nothing from it.
