HR not working !?

Since today my HR stopped showing.

 

I have tried turning the HR option on/off, i have restarted the ionic several times and even tried factory reset with re update but still no HR !?

Last night it also didnt pick a HR signal according to the app.. Also the ratings were quite off today in the gym. Telling its 205 while a gym device stated 136 bpm. But now its just "--" all time 

 

I do not hope to have spent 350 euro's for a broken device............

Contacted support, in the end im sending the Ionic back to the retailer. 

 

HR readings were no good at all or blank "--".

Mine just started doing this yesterday.  Blank HR.  I wish I could reset but nothing is working, ugh.
