Ionic not auto recognising active minutes

Can someone help 

 

My Ionic has stopped auto recognising active minutes and exercise, I can walk for 30 mins at low HR and it will record however if I do 25 minutes of high intensity exercise on an elliptical trainer it doesn’t record but if I then manually log it I then get the exercise info and the active minutes added. Previously it would auto detect the exercise and ask me to identify what kind it was I.E walking, running, etc

@FITST51 Have you enabled auto-detect for elliptical in your dashboard settings?

Yes I have it set at 10 mins
