Tried to update my Fitbit Ionic, it then died. It was over two years old so although it was in perfect condition before the update, I just purchased a new one. I set it up last night but the HR monitor is not working there is no green light and yes the HR monitoring setting is on.

@Ajdavis88 Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried. 

 

I'm glad to hear that you purchased a new Fitbit Ionic. It's pretty weird that your heart rate isn't working even though your setting has been set to on. In this case, I would like you to restart your Ionic and check if the green lights start working.
