Have three fitbits connected but the ionic randomly connects and disconnects from Bluetooth

I have the flex, the charger 2 and iconic connected to my fitbit network.  The charge 2 and the ionic show up as connected Bluetooth devices.  However the ionic does not function because it randomly connects and disconnects from Bluetooth.  The error message mentions that my Bluetooth may not be compatible with Bluetooth low energy.  I wondered if purchasing a Bluetooth low energy adapter would prevent the random disconnects.

Hi @rileybonita,

Yes, if the Bluetooth on the phone or computer does not support Low Energy, that could be the problem. Bluetooth adapters aren't very expensive, I would try one and see, since that's what the error message appears to be indicating.

I am going to try getting the BLE adapter to see if it resolves my issues.
