Unable to change clock face

I am not able to change the face on my ionic fitbit.  It never finishes loading. And when I did the update it froze twice before it actually did anything.

Try a RESTART and do it several times if necessary.

Thanks for sharing your inquiry and performing these steps, let me help you out. I totally agree with @SunsetRunner perform the restart, then try again changing the clock face and keep an eye on it.
