Having to reset Ionic

I have had my Ionic for a few weeks now and on 3 occasions I have had to reset the unit so that the swipe on screen would work.  Why does this keep happening.  Also I see on a couple of occasions the screen doesn't wake up when I move my wrist.  For this I noted that somehow the wakeup was set to manual - how can this happen?

I find on my Ionic I sometimes accidenly reset the screen wake up by scrolling left to check the battery and accidently touching the screen wake up when scrolling back. So Id suggest you did it accidently somehow. 

The screen issue is different. If it keeps happening Id suggest you contact support (link in my signature)

In the relatively short time I had IONIC, I never checked battery but yet the setting would somehow modify itself ; unless it all happened when I was asleep.

It did baffle me.
