Having trouble getting weather on clock face

Hello!  I have purchased several clock faces with the weather on them including the Ask bundle.  I am having trouble for some reason with the weather actually showing on my Ionic for any of these app with weather on the clock face. I have a Samsung Note 9.  I have updated settings in the clock face, have location services on, and have restarted my phone, my Ionic and my Fitbit app and even reinstalled my Fitbit app.

Same issue here. Weather was fine for months, and I thought after the os 3 upgrade. 

 

Is their provider having an issue?? And of course, there is zero information about this anywhere. 

 

Fitbit as a company is just horrible.

Same problem here...there are no watch face with the weather working from three days ago. Thats  ocurrs sundly. This happened suddenly
