Hi,
I am using an Ionic and I understand that heart rate monitoring is very frequent. When I use the Fitbit app however, it graphs the average heart rate in 5 minute intervals. How can I view the individual frequent recordings of hear rate at a given time? Is it downloadable or a way to change the frequency of graphs?
Thanks

@SealAttack You are correct about the five minute interval with heart rate. So when you tap on your heart rate tile, tap on a day's recording, put it into landscape view, the value you see when you touch and and hover at a point in time is your average heart rate for a five minute interval. When you use the exercise app or have an auto recognized exercise, that heart rate data is a one minute interval. Also, Premium users get a sleeping heart rate graph this is at one minute intervals.
This Help article has the information about exporting your Fitbit data. Unfortunately, heart data data is not on the list of exportable data.
