It should get set during syncing with your phone. One sync should do the trick.

@Dllneng when asking about a phone issue or is good to include the type of phone.
Please do not remove the phone from your fitbit account or try and set it up worth the new phone.
Normally a user would download the app. Log into their fitbit account. Agree to any permissions and the tracker should sync
