This is not a .cheap watch how come the heart rate monitor is so inaccurate ..I've triple chrcche and 30beats to high consistently. Sending mine back ..junk

@Asland Welcome to the Fitbit family! Thanks for reporting the situation you are experiencing with your heart rate readings.

In this case, I'd recommend trying the wrist placement tips shown on this helpful article. This should definitely help you out with this. It is basically wearing it two fingers up your wrist bone and not wearing it too tight nor too loose. Feel free to check the article there.
