My Ionic was working fine up until last week. First it stopped holding a charge , that seemed to correct itself. Now the heart rate dies not count correctly when I am on my ellipticle exerciser. I usually get my bps around 150. It never goes above 70 now. It is only a year old. This maybe a bad investment. Anyone else having issues like this?

@Hejhogmarty Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for sharing the experience you have had with Ionic heart rate readings. Thanks for sharing all of those details. I'm glad to read that the charge issue was corrected.
In this case, please perform a restart on your watch. This should refresh its inner components and should help out. Also, please check these wrist placement tips. These are used for high intensity exercises and they really help on the heart rate accuracy. That should be helpful for you.
Keep me posted!
