Heart Rate not reading after firmware update

After the new update my ionic no longer displays heart rate. Tried resetting it twice and shutting down once.

I am (for you) sorry to say that mine simply works as it should after the newest upgrade.

 

Try disconnecting the bluetooth connection and if needed, reset with all 3 buttons pushed at the same time untill the logo is shown again.

After that reconnect with the phone.

I actually figured it out, the heart rate setting turned off with the update. Didn't know that was an option! Thanks though!
