Heart Rate sensor doesnt work at all.

Ive just recently gotten the firbit ionic and ever since ive got the device it would never show me my heart rate. I turned on the sensor and restarted the device and yet norhing hapoened. Even with the setting turned to on none of the leds or sensors were working whatsoever. Please help

If the green LED is not working check that HR is still set to On or Auto. If it is On, switch to Auto and sync, if it is Auto switch to on and sync. If still no green light restart, the ionic several times. If that doesnt fix it you will need to contact support or return it to the store you bought it from. Let us know how you go.

Still didnt work. Took it back to the store and exchanged for a more reliable watch. Samsung gear fit2 pro. Much better purchase.
