So I purchased a new fitbit as my old one died, Now ive fount out that my heart rate doesn't work ive tried turning it off in setting shut it down and then turned it back on with no look ive done a factory reset still no joy my F/W is 27.32.10.20 is there anything else you guys can recommend ?
