Heart rate accuracy with exercise

Had my ionic for 2.5 years all of a sudden the heart rate keeps dropping in and our during exercise mode

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Which exercise are you tracking? Are you experiencing this issue when you're not tracking an exercise? To resolve this, I suggest you to follow the recommendations that are specified on: How do I improve the accuracy of my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device? and let me know if the issue persists.
