My ionic has started to read the incorrect time in the morning. For example, this morning I woke up at 8:05 but my ionic said it was 06:00? It has done this for the last two mornings.
it also does this each time I charge it.
to clear the problem I try to resync it with my iPhone, but my iPhone cannot find it.
I managed to get the correct time to show yesterday by deleting the ionic and reinstalling it, it took about 8 attempts the iPhone to find the ionic.

Let me share with you that our Fitbit devices use your mobile device information to display the time with the syncing process, therefore, the syncing issue with your iPhone is affecting the time that's displayed.
To resolve the syncing issue you're experiencing, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your iOS mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
