My Ionic hasn’t been registering my heart rate accurately. I look at my watch while exercising and it says something like 110 BPM. When I check my HR manually it is 180. The doctor checked my HR a few weeks ago and it was 150. My ionic said 95. It’s mostly inaccurate when I’m exercising. I know it’s wrong because I take my HR manually as well since I have a heart rate condition. It’s not a helpful function if it doesn’t work

Hello @kennedy1997, it's nice to see you again participating here in the Community Forums, welcome back!
I appreciate the details that were shared in your post, sorry for the inconvenience you experienced with your device. If you were exercising when you noticed discrepancies in your heart-rate readings, the type of exercise or the position of the device may be the cause. Please keep in mind that Fitbits are not medical devices so that could explain the discrepancies with your doctor's heart rate calculation. However, see our help article for more information and tips to improve the accuracy of your Ionic.
Keep me posted.
