Heart rate alarm
Fitbit should consider having a setting where The watch has a vibration if your heart rate goes above a set number. Because when I’m working out it can get intense and for me to keep looking at what my heart rate is challenging to do, not to mention disruptive, it would make my performance much better if I got an alarm on my heart rate above 160 I could vibrate and then that would allow me to back off! Just a suggestion that would allow Fitbit to improve

There's a popular feature suggestion for something like this. If you'd like to add your vote you can find it at: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Feature-Suggestions/Heart-rate-zones-alert-feature/idi-p/2201640

it's surprising that this feature hasn't been impelemented. considering a) we know it has a vibration module, it alerts on other things, b) we have a heart rate sensor, because fitbit, and c) 6300+ people have said they'd like to see it in the link SteveH has above. I was looking at the charge4 just now as a possible replacment to my charge2, and would have given it more consideration if it had heart rate alarms. They added a gps tracker, which reduces battery from 7 days to 4-5 hours (constant use), but not a heart rate alarm?
makes me think that this is likely to be a health/government regulations/liability issue related delay, rather than a technical one. too bad, honestly.

@dwights I wonder if this is being, at least partially, implemented in the Charge 4. The press release says:
"Get real-time alerts on your wrist each time you change zones so you can push harder or scale back to make your workouts more efficient."
Hopefully the manual will be released soon and we can get more details.

ahh, good find @SteveH! I didn't see that in the press release, i was just reading over the main product page to see if i could find anything about it. With this being the case, the charge4 just moved up on my list.
thanks!
