Heart rate readings aren’t as accurate as before.It was stuck for hours to zero,and when I was working out,it wasn’t following my pulse.Any ideas?

Hi @jim3012,

 

Try restarting the Ionic (do it 3 times in a row), and see if that fixes it.

Here is how: Press and hold the left and bottom right buttons together, until the Fitbit icon appears, then release.

Work out...eat... sleep...repeat!

Hi,thanks for the reply.Just restarted my Ionic.Still no luck.According to my watch,I am probably a zombie..😝(zero pulse).
