Ionic not tracking stats

Mid March-ish, my Ionic started acting "funny" (not in the ha ha way). I looked online to try to resolve the issues. It had stopped tracking my steps, heart rate, and sleep. I updated the app on my phone, restarted the Ionic multiple times. I even did a Factory reset, and nothing! I noticed the battery was also dying much faster than it had previously. 

All of a sudden, one day, 'lo and behold... it suddenly started tracking again... kind of... it would track a few steps here and there. Occasionally, I would see my heart rate. A few nights it even tracked my sleep! For the past few weeks, it just keeps getting worse. It works some days, and other days, I get nothing. It has no problem syncing with my phone. It just does not collect the data it is supposed to.

At this point, I don't even know what else to try as I have scoured the boards here, and everything simply says to restart it... which I have done more times than I can count over the past 2 months! I have tried everything I can find to get this working again. Now the green light on the back isn't even lighting up!! Any other ideas? Also, I
