My Ionic has just recently started showing my heart rate as being ver high such as 165 to 170. I’m not exercising

 

i don’t know how to fix it. 

my resting heart rate is fine. But sitting down it registers 160

Did you restart your watch ?

mine requires restart about every week to fix différent misbehavior.  Step count; vibration; alerts; 

 

i also noticed that it restart by itself while exercising on thread mill.
