So, the new firmware came out and now the ionic will not synch with the app nor will the heart rate register. What is going on? I can't ever get a wifi connection.
Is anyone else having this issue and if so, what can we do about it?

@ashaahida Welcome to the Fitbit family! Thanks for reporting the situation you are experiencing with Ionic not syncing data and not connecting to Wi-Fi.
Are you still experiencing the same? I'd recommend performing a restart on Ionic first. This should help you out with this.
Also, if after doing that you keep experiencing trouble to connect to Wi-Fi; please try the steps on this helpful article.
Regarding the heart rate, do you see the green lights flashing on the back of your watch? Please check on your watch's settings if the heart rate is "on".

I just don't even know what to say. This was an issue about a week ago and you're just now responding? Thanks anyway but, I contacted your customer service and had the situation resolved, the same day it happened.
