Heart rate reading

My heart rate lights quit qorkinf 5 days after purchase so I:

-turned off then on Fitbit

-turned off then on in settings on my watch

-factory reset the watch

After the factory reset, the lights came on but it is still failing to read my heart rate. I did all trouble shooting suggestions on this page. I need to know what else I can do or if I have to get a new device. I am very displeased having this 9 days and already experiencing an issue.

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

Update: I worked with customer service. After many troubleshooting tries, I had to get a new Fitbit.
